Please Read before submitting

I specifically take on projects that suit my personal style, or preferences in styles. Although this does not imply your request; if not fitting to those styles, will be denied. If you are open to artistic freedom, these have priority in booking as well as large scale projects.

  • Rates are $180.00/ hourly

  • When you receive a response to this form, please be prepared to make a $180 deposit plus tax that will go towards your tattoo. This deposit will come off your FINAL session, deposit will be carried over to create the next appointment until the project is finished. Each deposit is entitled to one design alteration. I do not send any of my drawings. No exceptions. You will be able to see the design the day of the appointment, alterations can be made if I feel it can be done in a reasonable time, this is at my discretion. Any major changes will require a reschedule. AGAIN NOTING, one deposit is entitled to one alteration reschedule.

  • All reschedules/ Cancellations made after the 48 hour window will forfeit the deposit, i must be given a minimum 48 hours to have time to fill your spot.

  • All reschedules must be made within the current booking period. I do not schedule any further than 2-3 months at a time.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, non- transferable, and cover the final hour of your tattoo.

  • Any questions or concerns about your appointment, design, or other topics will be handled on a one-on-one basis, after you have been booked, this form is for requesting an appointment only.
